We can run test the Aligned / Replaced encoder as the TSiemens support sets up the motor for the run because it already knows the alignment, armature direction, encoder direction, etc.. In that sense it functions somewhat more like a Siemens drive, and it will be quicker and easier to use than the Generic Heidenhain selection.

TI-5000JX Feedback Tester by Mitchell Electronics, Inc.
The TI-5000JX is a servo motor feedback tester product which is used to test the encoder or resolver that is used on a permanent magnet brushless AC or DC servo motor. Servo motor testing and troubleshooting requires the confirmation of certain key parameters.
There are many reasons a servo motor may stop working. In many cases the servo motor can be easily repaired, and in other cases the servo motor may not even be broken. It is necessary to test the servo motor feedback device, verify proper counting, and check for the presence of encoder error codes
Universal Servo Motor Run Testing
TI-3000JX Run Test Product by Mitchell Electronics, Inc.
The TI-3000JX is a servo motor run test product which is used to run a permanent magnet brushless AC or DC servo motor. A servo motor run test system acts as a universal servo motor drive providing a diagnostic test before or after a servo motor repair.
Manufacturer specific servo motor drives have many complicated features and can be optimized for many customer applications but can be difficult and time consuming to configure. And besides, it is also not always practical to have a spare servo motor drive for every servo motor that you wish to run. The TI-3000JX acts as a generic servo motor drive enabling the configuration of an unloaded servo motor run test in a matter of seconds in a standardized way regardless of the servo motor manufacturer.

Send us a service request with the Servo motor make, model, fault description and your contact details. We will send you a Material Shipping Note with the delivery instructions. Include a copy of the note with your shipment so we can identify your encoder on arrival.
