To request a return, contact SpareFaber with your order number and reason for return. Products must not be shipped back without prior return authorisation.
Approved returns must be securely packed and returned with all included accessories, documentation and packaging where applicable. Returned products may be inspected before a refund, replacement or other remedy is approved.
