SpareFaber ships industrial automation and machine spare parts internationally from the United Arab Emirates and, where disclosed, from other sourcing or fulfilment locations.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, prices and shipping charges shown on SpareFaber.com do not include destination-country:
- Customs duties
- Import VAT
- Sales tax
- Brokerage charges

Customs authorities and couriers determine the final amount of duties and taxes. SpareFaber cannot guarantee or control those charges.
A shipment refused because the recipient does not pay duties, taxes or clearance charges may be returned, abandoned or destroyed by the carrier or customs authority.
Any refund considered for a refused shipment may be reduced by:
- Original shipping cost

- Customs duties and taxes
- Storage charges
- Brokerage and clearance fees
- Carrier penalties
- Other non-recoverable costs
Contact the customs authority or courier in the destination country before ordering when the likely import cost or required documentation is uncertain.
