We shall Check & Report the status of Health of the Feecback system | We also Carry out Basic Motor Health check - Winding Health/ Magnet Health, Bearing health
We Quote you the Repair Cost ( Spare + Labour ) needed to restore motor to Working order ( if faulty )
What is NOT included
Spare Part: Not Included/ this is service only. Spare part cost would be quoted to you extra after health check is done.
Service Charge for : This is only Evaluation Service, Repair Service is Charged Extra. After evaluation we inform you what Service/ Spares are needed to Restore Servo motor Working order. e.g. Adjustment/ Alignment of New Feedback system Rewinding, Repair of connector, Bearng Replacment etc
Shipping Documents:
1. We should get the Motor delivered to us Freight / Taxess/ duties Prepaid door delivered to our Collection location in Ajman.
Data to be shared with Us Before Sending the Motor for Adjustment/ Alignment/ Health check
1. - Send us the Specification Sticker photo of the motor. We need the complete code including Suffixes. The suffix can change electrical and mechanical compatibility. Include every character and a clear nameplate photo.
2. Take Clear Photograph of power Connector and 2b. Feedback connectors. The photo should show the Number of pins and their Markings on the insert beside the Pin along with location of Orientation/ Location Notch on the Body of the connector.
3. Take Clear Photograph of the Encoder Fitted / Motor feedback fitted . The photo should show the Nameplate specs
4. Prepare Shipping documents & Pack the motor in Rugged Box suitable for motor weight/ Pallet and cover the Delicate parts eg. Connectors etc.
