We do offer MSK Rexroth programming software that will allow you to re-write the commutation. The alignment data is stored in the encoder memory and is unique to each motor model.

Send us a service request with the Servo motor make, model, fault description and your contact details. We will send you a Material Shipping Note with the delivery instructions. Include a copy of the note with your shipment so we can identify your encoder on arrival.
