You can check with your OEM and seek guidelines or You have an option to call our experts, We shall schedule a field visit to determine whether the problem lies in the motor itself, the feedback device, the drive, or the motor/drive wiring. Visual inspection, electrical testing, and feedback verification help isolate the issue quickly.

How do I ship a faulty Ballscrew or Spindle for reconditioning to you?
Send us a service request with the Ballscrew | Spindle make, model, fault description and your contact details. We will send you a Material Shipping Note with the delivery instructions. Include a copy of the note with your shipment so we can identify your encoder on arrival.
What information should I include in my service request?
Please include the make and model, clear nameplate and connector photographs, a description of the fault, and the machine or motor on which it is installed. Let us know whether you require workshop testing or an on-site visit.
